Devlog 12 - UI Design Concepts


Concept 1

As a fighting game, it definitely needs some sort of system for taking hits. The obvious choices are percent building like Super Smash Bros. or having an hp bar like Street Fighter. Not sure what I'd go with if I actually made the game, but I had an idea for how the hp bar would look, so I went with that.

Concept 2

I needed a clock that would burn down as the match went on. It would be in the top middle of the screen (as shown below). The hands are from art of the personification of my GMing. So as the pseudo-god/controller of the world, I think it works.

Concept 3

Lastly, I finalized a logo. It's a take on the logo I use for the server but it TOOK ME FAR LONGER THAN NEEDED TO MAKE CUZ FONTS SUCK TO FIND.
